What excites you about being part of the Cherre family?
We are entrusted with autonomy and freedom here at Cherre, but only if in return we consistently perform and innovate. I find that balance to be very motivating. Additionally, there is a great sense of camaraderie amongst all the different divisions that unites us in our mission.
At Cherre, we are all snow leopards – what are you working on and what makes you unique?
I am working on organizing the incoming SDR team so that it is structured and purposeful. By further establishing the SDR program here at Cherre, I’m confident we will be able to exercise our emotional intelligence in some fun and creative ways.
How do you give back to the community to change our world for the better?
Having gone through an all-girls school myself, I am very committed to girls’ education. I have done fundraising and volunteering with various organizations such as Fife Women’s Aid over in Scotland, Rotary International, and the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House here in Manhattan.
What keeps you curious and engaged to grow personally/professionally?
The social nature of sales keeps me very engaged, as well as the fact that the company is growing at such an exciting rate. Meeting new teammates and getting to know each other as fast as possible so that we can get to work is a fun way to stay engaged. Watching new and/or potential clients work Cherre into their business practices keeps me curious as to all the new ways that the platform can solve pain points.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Yoga, biking, vintage thrifting, and spending time with friends and family.
What is the last book you read/movie you watched?
The last book I read was a very relevant read called Caste: The Origins of our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson.
If your life were being turned into a movie, who would play you or narrate your story?
Wishful thinking here, but Lily James specifically in Mama Mia 2 would be cool.
