What excites you about being part of the Cherre family? Â
Iâm always hungry to learn. Data was a weaker area for me and I wanted to join an exciting company that was doing a lot with data.
At Cherre, we are all snow leopards – what are you working on and what makes you unique?Â
My primary focuses are building the system architecture for both tech stacks and developing a strong engineering culture.
How do you give back to the community to change our world for the better?  Â
I fostered over 70 kittens and cats, helping them find their forever homes, and who doesnât want more pets. The charity focuses on the rescue and support of animals in Hong Kong and Bangkok. I also help them completely restructure their marketing and online presence to attract a wider audience.
I also have online training courses that have helped 79000+ students, focused on Kubernetes and Teraform.
What keeps you curious and engaged to grow personally/professionally? Â
I have a hunger for knowledge. Iâm very much interested in both intellectual and emotional improvements. I fulfill both through the consumption of books, both fiction and nonfiction.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Iâm a bit of an adrenaline junky. Most sports I like include speed and/or height. On a regular basis I do like to get out on a board, be it skate, wake, or snow. To keep this habit alive, I commute to work on an electric skateboard.
What is the last book you read/movie you watched?
Night Watch – Terry Pratchett. The Discworld series might be one of the best series in the world. Few people have weaved such a strong set of narratives, with sheer genius, insight, and witticism as Terry Pratchett ever did.
If your life were being turned into a movie, who would play you or narrate your story?
Daniel Craig
