Cherre will be powering Stratus’ geocoding, address resolution, public data, and private-public sync platforms, and we’re extremely excited about what’s in store in the future for this partnership – for Stratus, but more importantly, for their clients. Stratus MLS has raised the bar for customization, flexibility, and performance in large scale MLS solutions, and it is one of the most respected MLS platforms in North America, serving over 100,000 agents from MLS Long Island, The Toronto Real Estate Board, and The Real Estate Board of NY. As part of this partnership, we are proud to announce that Carlos Grass, Chairman of Stratus will be joining our Advisory Board. Carlos has over 26 years of experience in the MLS and real estate information industry, including strategic planning, expertise in providing hands-on leadership and direction for design, development and deployment of some of the largest online computer systems for the Real Estate industry. While working for Dator Corporation as its Chief Technologist in the early 1990’s, Carlos began designing and developing first generation Internet applications. This early exposure to the Internet helped him pioneer the transition of the Real Estate industry to the web. Carlos co-founded Stratus in 1998 with the mission to bring feature rich web based MLS systems for medium to large size Multiple Listing Services, and has been incredibly successful at giving traditional MLSs a technological edge. We’re incredibly proud to have Carlos in our corner, and look forward to his continued guidance and support.
