We’ve been working closely with Stratus Data Systems since March last year to power their property search API and data services with our CoreConnect and CoreAugment platforms. Stratus powers some of the largest MLSs in the world, including The Real Estate Board of New York, the Toronto Real Estate Board, and MLS Long Island, as well as Douglas Elliman’s proprietary listing platform. Altogether Stratus serves more than 100K active agents across the U.S. and Canada, and we’ve been incredibly privileged to power their backend platform.

Today we’re taking this relationship one step further, and starting next quarter, we’ll begin rolling out our award-winning CoreWorkflow [LINK] platform to all 100K+ of Stratus’ clients. Our CoreWorkflow platform allows agents to instantly create engaging, tailored, and mobile-friendly documents with CoreDocs [LINK] for all their client needs. CoreWorkflow also provides detailed analytics on who viewed documents and how. Our CoreNavigator [LINK] tool will give Stratus clients valuable insight ito markets, properties, and clients, with detailed profiles, tables and charts on boroughs, lots, buildings, units, listings, owners, brokerage firms, agents, and service providers. Finally, our CoreCMA tool allows agents to become local economists, using the most powerful tool on the market to determine asset pricing. CoreCMA [LINK] provides stunning reports to provide clients with insight into pricing and timing.
