New York, September 16, 2024 – Cherre, a leading real estate data management and intelligence platform, today announced it is expanding their strategic partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world with $147 billion in assets under management. By deepening the partnership between Cherre and Nuveen, both companies will be able to unlock further innovations that create a consistency of experience supported by readily available, trusted data across global real estate portfolios.
Over the past year, Cherre has partnered with Nuveen Real Estate to systemize data collection, automate workflows across providers and calendars, and streamline processes all while reducing cycle times to mitigate data errors, ultimately leading to significantly decreased manual processing to generate reporting. Under the expanded partnership scope, Cherre and Nuveen will explore additional ways to further increase visibility and establish process intelligence into data collection workflows, while also identifying opportunities to increase data quality and establish data lineage for reporting.
