Today we’re really proud to announce that as of next quarter Cherre we will be working with Keller Williams NYC, the NYC arm of the largest and fastest growing brokerage firm in the world. Keller Williams is a full-service, luxury real estate brokerage representing clients in a broad spectrum of classes, including residential sales and leasing, new development, commercial, and retail, and our partnership will help give their brokers and agents an unfair advantage to outperform their competition.
As part of this new partnership we are also proud to announce that Haim Binstock , the Operating Principal Broker and one of the founders of Keller Williams NYC will be joining our Advisory Board. Haim has been an investor and developer for over 30 years, concentrating in construction and the development of commercial and residential real estate in New York and New Jersey. Haim’s construction and zoning expertise provides for the ability to predict the success of emerging neighborhoods and other real estate projects, as well as informing his skill in navigating complicated approval processes, and unlocking potential asset value. Haim has been incredibly helpful in pushing Cherre to where we are today, and we are very excited about all that we can do together to help bring transparency to the market.
Also joining our Advisory Board is Ilan Bracha, chairman of Keller Williams NYC, and president of Bracha New York. Ilan has long been considered one of Manhattan’s super real estate agents – completing well over $2 billion in transactions, and is the Co-Founder of B+B Capital, a full-service real estate investment company that owns, develops, and manages residential and mixed-use properties throughout New York City.
Finally, we also welcome Milan Pinkus, the Director of Acquisitions of B+B Capital to our Advisory Board. Milan has over ten years of experience in the financial services sector, including with some of the largest and most prestigious funds in the world, such as Merrill Lynch and Two Sigma.
